About me

Food is part of health — and part of life.

Hi, I'm Melissa — a registered dietitian (HPCSA-registered) based in Potchefstroom. I've also completed my Pilates instructor training.

I believe nutrition shouldn't be complicated or restrictive. Food belongs to health, but also to celebrations and enjoyment. I give practical advice that fits into real life.

Movement matters too — strength, mobility, and feeling comfortable in your body. Through Dahlia, I want nutrition and movement to work together.

Why Dahlia

Away from extreme diets and all-or-nothing thinking.

There is so much conflicting advice about food, weight loss and exercise. Dahlia is built on habits you can actually maintain — not perfection.

01Practical nutritionAdvice that survives a normal week.
02Enjoyable movementExercise you look forward to.
03Sustainable habitsSmall changes that hold.
04Individual supportBuilt around your life, not a template.
05Healthy food relationshipsNo forbidden lists, no guilt.
